6 Position: PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER
Key accountabilities
1. People
Staff the Project Controls organization via Company and 3rd Party
personnel. For Company staff, develop through recruiting, mentoring,
and training.
Interface with the Project Leadership Team, BU Management,
Partners, support services, and other external parties.
Manage contractors to ensure compliance with Company
Services/Controls strategies, plans and procedures
Prepare and maintain total Project Organization Chart.

FEED engineering / EPCI Contractors throughout the contract period.

Basis / Specifications and standard codes.
3. Interface with respective Lead Engineering, Technical Authority
(TA) and other discipline engineers.
4. Prepare structural design throughout the project CVP Phase

and analysis.

Key accountabilities
1.Prepare detailed facility start-up procedures
2.Commissioning and start-up Develop Scope of Work for engineering
design and supervise the FEED engineering / EPCI Contractors
throughout the contract period.
3.Provide direction, review Contractor's deliverables related with
engineering design works and ensure the design comply with Design
Basis / Specifications and Standard Codes.

10. Position : COMMISSIONING ENGINEER
Key accountabilities
1. Lead commissioning activities and ensure that commissioning
procedures are followed.
2. Ensure that certification is managed in accordance with the
commissioning certification process.
3. Prepare a commissioning plan.
4. To ensure that commissioning procedures are created and
commissioning certification identified
5. Monitor construction/ completion activities and pre commissioning
to ensure compliance with commissioning expectations.
5. Provide supervision and guidance during the commissioning of
discipline related activities.
6. Act as the commissioning focal point for coordinating
commissioning with the construction teams and project engineering
disciplines.
7. Provide trouble-shooting support during commissioning and post
start-up.
8. Manage vendor callouts.
9. Provide detailed commissioning records including daily reports and
shift handover notes.

11. START UP ENGINEER:
Key accountabilities
1. Prepare detailed facility start-up procedures
2. Assure timely input of start-up issues to all delivery teams.
3. Promote safety and environmental responsibility in all aspects of
the design,commissionin g and start-up planning.
4. Work with the commissioning team to ensure the start-up sequence is
considered during the development of functional system limits.
5. Review the design of plant and documents to ensure they support
the start-up strategy.
6. Act as focal point for all start-up activities.
7. Develop a plan for delivery of the start-up and performance test
procedures and schedule for training the operations team.
8. Proactively identify, assess, communicate and mitigate any
risks/opportunities associated with the planned start-up – including
any potential interaction with operating plant.
9. Support the project Go/No go and pre-start-up safety review PSSR

10. Monitor construction completion, pre-commissioning and
commissioning activities as part of the operations team and in
preparation for start-up.

12. Position : LEAD COMMISSIONING ENGINEER
Key accountabilities
1. Provide assistance for commissioning contractor and resource
selection, identify risks and gaps, and manage contractors to ensure
compliance with Company policies and procedures.
2. Interface with project peers (e.g., installation/ fabrication,
operations ) and partners to coordinate activities.
3. Manage commissioning schedule, logistics and progress, and drive
mechanical completion
4. Plan for and mitigate delivery risks as well as operational and
implementation risks.
5. Manage the commissioning spares and consumable requirements (may
include yard/integration/ offshore) .
