1. Position: FIELD ENGINEER

Key accountabilities
`
1.Prepare detailed facility start-up procedures.
2.Assure timely input of start-up issues to all delivery teams.
3.Promote safety and environmental responsibility in all aspects of
the Design, Commissioning and start-up planning.
4.Work with the commissioning team to ensure the start-up sequence is

Qualification

•Degree in engineering, preferably from Chemical or Oil/ Gas
Petrochemical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Broad knowledge of commissioning and the engineering design process.
• Detailed engineering knowledge of process plant start-up and
operations.
• Application of experience and lessons learned from recent/current
projects and operations start-ups.
• A good understanding of project processes.

2. Position: CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Key accountabilities

1.Assists Construction Mgr in executing the approved construction
2.Assists Construction Mgr in monitoring and controlling cost and
scheduling
3.Serves as early monitor for Construction Mgr in problematic cost
reports and scheduling report issues
4.Provides leadership in change control management
5.Assists Construction Mgr in general conflict resolution with
contractors and resources -- resolves general conflicts, disputes,
disagreements, etc. in a timely and efficient manner
6.Investigates any specific contractor problem areas and ensures
follow-up for solutions
7.Resolves design and engineering issues
8.Ensures conformance to functionality, clarification of technical
specs, and monitoring of contractor performance
9.Assists Construction Mgr in addressing HSSE Execution plans –
including reporting
10.Follows up on inspections and testing relating to Quality Control

3. Position: FABRICATION LEAD

Key accountabilities

1. People :
 Line authority for the day to day management and leadership of the
fabrication site team
 Development and coaching of the team and oneself

2. Daily activities:
 Focal point for all site fabrication activities.
 Delivery of all on-site engineering activities as defined in the
weekly site plan e.g.: -
- Pipework and steelwork fabrication
- Field installation works
- Repair work
 Sourcing of necessary materials to support the above activities and
determination of which activities are resourced on-site and those
involving third party service provider
 Coordination of all off-site fabrication activities

4. Position: PLANNING & SCHEDULLING ENGINEER

Key accountabilities

1. Plans & Procedures
 Develop the Project Services and Controls strategy, plans and
procedures for planning and scheduling, reflecting both Company and
contractor roles and responsibilities.
 Coordinate preparation of Project Execution Plan.
 Adhere to the segment financial and business and project processes.

2. Schedule
 Ensure the development of appropriate schedules, implement, and
monitor schedules within a project stage and for entire project until
completion/close- out.
 Develop the interface schedules.
 Change Management
 Develop and implement the change management procedure (reflecting
schedule impact).

3. Risk Management
 Develop and implement the risk management plan.
 Coordinate the development of risk mitigation plans.
 Link risk process to change process and estimate.

4. Reporting
 Developing and issuing various reports to appropriate stakeholders.
 Prepare and present Project information to appropriate
stakeholders.
 Develop Project Closeout Plan.

5. Position: MARINE ASSURANCE

Key accountabilities

1. Marine Assurance Processes and Procedures
 Work with project team members to establish standards,
specifications, and test/acceptance criteria for all marine systems
and components
 Provide reports to capture and relay critical information to
project personnel regarding marine assurance activities (ie.
attendance at equipment/systems factory acceptance tests)
 Establish inspections, spot check, and audit requirements (ie.
Shipyard technical audits to ascertain suitability for contract,
Construction supervision )
 Develop and implement a corrective action process that identifies,
documents, and resolves all issues pertaining to marine assurance
processes
 Implement and manage the records and documentation process across
the entire project

2. Interface with other parts of Company.
 Interface with other project team member to ensure QA processes,
procedures, and standards are consistent
 Interface with SCM to insure QA requirements are clear and
unambiguous in contracts with vendors
 Interface with SPU and Functional Engineering Authorities to insure
standards, specifications, and test/acceptance criteria are
consistent with existing EA requirements

3. Execute processes and Procedures across the entire project
 Work with Delivery Team Leaders to design project-appropriate QA
programs
 Write and communicate a Quality Plan for inclusion in the Project
Execution Plan that addresses all aspects of the approach to quality
on the project
 Manage all issues regarding quality across the entire supply chain
 Insure appropriate audit procedures are in place across the entire
supply chain regarding quality plans, quality control processes, and
vendor spot checks of their own work
 Perform Company spot checks of supply chain Quality Control
procedures and products to insure component and system quality
standards are met
 Design and publish appropriate reports to keep key project
personnel informed of quality issues and results.

6 Position: PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER

Key accountabilities

1. People
 Staff the Project Controls organization via Company and 3rd Party
personnel. For Company staff, develop through recruiting, mentoring,
and training.
 Interface with the Project Leadership Team, BU Management,
Partners, support services, and other external parties.
 Manage contractors to ensure compliance with Company
Services/Controls strategies, plans and procedures
 Prepare and maintain total Project Organization Chart.

2. Plans & Procedures
 Develop the Project Controls strategy, plans and procedures,
reflecting both Company and contractor roles and responsibilities.
 Coordinate preparation of Project Execution Plan.

3. Cost
 Ensure the development of appropriate budgets, implement, and
monitor costs within a project stage and for entire project until

 Coordinate preparation of Cost & Schedule Risk analysis.

5. Schedule

1. Develop Scope of Work for engineering design and supervise the
FEED engineering / EPCI Contractors throughout the contract period.
2. Provide direction, review Contractor's deliverables related with
engineering design works and ensure the design comply with Design
Basis / Specifications and standard codes.
3. Interface with respective Lead Engineering, Technical Authority
(TA) and other discipline engineers.
4. Prepare structural design throughout the project CVP Phase
(Appraise to Execute).
5. Provide structural engineering works from detail engineering phase
until construction / installation phase, provide information design
and analysis.
6. Perform structural integrity review, evaluation, provide
recommendation and solution as forms of project scope of work.
7. Provide quality and technical assurance function for all
Contractor's structural engineering works and deliverables in order
to achieve required engineering integrity and quality.
8. Participate on HAZOP, HAZID and any relevant engineering risk
assessment.

Qualification

•Bachelor degree in structural engineering with a minimum of 10 years
applicable experience in EPC projects in Oil and Gas development.
•Comprehensive knowledge of project management systems and have
advanced knowledge of the field structural engineering, standards
design and codes application, construction of offshore marine
structures and engineering principles.
•Strong interpersonal skill along with strong technical knowledge and
fluent in both written and verbal English communication skills

8. Position: MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Key accountabilities

1. Develop Scope of Work for engineering design and supervise the
FEED engineering / EPCI Contractors throughout the contract period.
2. Provide direction, review Contractor's deliverables related with
engineering design works and ensure the design comply with Design
Basis / Specifications and standard codes.

assessment.

Qualification

•Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 10 years
applicable experience in EPC projects in Oil and Gas development.
•Comprehensive knowledge of project management systems and have
advanced knowledge of oil and gas facilities, standards and codes,
mechanical / piping simulation programs and engineering principles.
•Strong interpersonal skill along with strong technical knowledge and
fluent in both written and verbal English communication skills

9. Position: SENIOR PIPING ENGINEER

Key accountabilities

1.Prepare detailed facility start-up procedures
2.Commissioning and start-up Develop Scope of Work for engineering

throughout the contract period.
3.Provide direction, review Contractor's deliverables related with
engineering design works and ensure the design comply with Design

5.Prepare piping engineering design throughout the project CVP Phase
(Appraise to Execute).
6.Provide piping engineering works from detail engineering phase

7.Perform piping integrity review and evaluation, provide
recommendation and solution as forms of scope of work.
8.Provide quality assurance function for all Contractor's piping
engineering works and deliverables in order to achieve required
engineering integrity and quality.
9.Participate on HAZOP, HAZID and any relevant engineering risk
assessment.

Qualification

•Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable University or related
Engineering.
•Minimum of 10-15 years experience in Piping/Mechanical Design for
oil & gas projects
•Strong interpersonal skill and fluent in both written and verbal

10. Position : COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

Key accountabilities

1. Lead commissioning activities and ensure that commissioning
procedures are followed.
2. Ensure that certification is managed in accordance with the
commissioning certification process.
3. Prepare a commissioning plan.
4. To ensure that commissioning procedures are created and
commissioning certification identified
5. Monitor construction/ completion activities and pre commissioning
to ensure compliance with commissioning expectations.
5. Provide supervision and guidance during the commissioning of
discipline related activities.
6. Act as the commissioning focal point for coordinating
commissioning with the construction teams and project engineering
disciplines.
7. Provide trouble-shooting support during commissioning and post
start-up.
8. Manage vendor callouts.
9. Provide detailed commissioning records including daily reports and
shift handover notes.
10. Ensure that any changes to the commissioning strategy or the
facilities design are managed in accordance with the appropriate
management of change (MoC)process.

Qualification

• Degree in engineering, preferably from Mechanical or
Electrical/Instrume nt Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Strong interpersonal skill along with strong technical knowledge
and fluent in both written and verbal English communication skills

11. START UP ENGINEER:

3. Manage commissioning schedule, logistics and progress, and drive

5. Manage the commissioning spares and consumable requirements (may
include yard/integration/ offshore) .
6. Manage the vendor callouts.
7. Determine specific commissioning requirements for project systems
and equipment.
8. Turnover systems to operations.
9. Ensure deliverability of the project according to HSSE and
regulatory requirements
10. Ensure quality of project deliverables to operations.
