"Finca San Antonio" is a 4 bedroom villa for the very discerning. The property is a beautiful woodland finca Situated within the "Montgo" National Park on the peninsular overlooking Javea Port. The finca has an excellent pool and although located in a rural environment it is only a few minutes drive to central Javea and the main Arenal beach!!

"Finca San Antonio" is a beautiful woodland finca located close to the sea and within the 2000 hectares Montgo National Park area of Javea. There are many woodland and clifftop walks which are clearly marked and trails straight from the door, even a mountain to climb, with spectacular views from the sumit. The winter climate is ideal while springtime is also very beautiful in this area with many species of wild flowers not to be found elsewhere.

The property is rented out by its owners from April until October as a 4 bedroom villa. During the October to March period, the owners are on site and they operate the property as bed & breakfast accommodation.

The villa sleeps up to 8 people including 2 double en suite bedrooms, one of which has a balcony leading to gardens and pool area. There is also one twin room using the family bathroom and a further double sofa bed in a seperate room with its own entrance and sharing a family bathroom. The villa also has a well equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer plus two separate lounges - a summer lounge naya with sky TV, sofas etc and a smaller lounge which has a sofa bed and CD music player, with access to pool area. To complete the accommodation, there is a dining room and a family bathroom which also houses laundry area with washing machine and ironing facilities.

To the outside of the property there is the poolside open naya with gas barbecue. This area is often used for summer outside dining and entertaining. There is also a fabulous private swimming pool, sun loungers, large gardens with fruit trees and entertainment areas including the bedroom balcony.

The villa is available to rent from April 1st -September 30th but "The Hideaway" is also open for bed and breakfast bookings during the winter months. Guest doubles with en suites, good food. (Dinner if required at reasonable prices inc. wine.). There is also a huge Jacuzzi hot tub (Temp 38 degrees).(available for b&b only). This property is therefore an ideal base for walking, climbing, golfing, house hunting or just a lazy pampered winter break including a healthy breakfast and all for just 75 euros per room per night!!

From the port you may take a boat trip to Denia, 45 min. away are the attractions of Benidorm with water parks, and Terra Mitica (Spain’s answer to Disney).

The hideaway, a woodland paradise on the Northern Costa Blanca in Spain is available for clothes optional bed and breakfast from October till Mid April. Cortijo Loma Sala

Cortijo Loma Sala is a large four bedroom restored property in a secluded and tranquil location, just fifteen minutes drive from the coast. There are three large bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other two have twin beds and a further smaller bedroom which also has twin beds. All are fully equipped with comfortable beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers and each have large windows giving wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Also available for extra sleeping are two sofa beds, which open into doubles, plus two single roll out beds which can easily be accommodated in any of the bedrooms, terrace room or reception rooms.

There are two large bathrooms and one shower room, the bathrooms have over bath shower and bidet as well as wash basins and toilets. The shower room, with walk in shower, has washbasin and toilet.

All sleeping accommodation is separate from the reception rooms, which are one big sitting room and the other a very large open plan, kitchen, dining and sitting area. There is a large television with satellite channels and Spanish television channels. There is also a D.V.D. player and C.D. player, and a second television and D.V.D. player in one of the bedrooms. Guests wishing to connect their laptops to the internet can now take advantage of a recently installed broadband connection at no extra charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large double sink, large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Pure filtered drinking water is on tap. To make your holiday even easier a fully equipped laundry room is also at your disposal with a large American style washing machine and tumble dryer. Laki Uma Playa

Laki Uma Playa is an exclusively-gay nudist villa, located in a very large mainly straight but very gay-friendly nudist compound. Rainforest Retreat - Two-Bedroom Canopy Suites

One of the former family homes has been transformed into two stunning guest units. The two units are simply referred to as 'Vince' and 'Lona' who, as second-generation family members, raised their ten children in the house and contributed so much to the guesthouse for over 40 years.

Each unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate living room and two way fireplace. The large decks, complete with private spa bath, look out onto the rugged McPherson Ranges to the west and provide uninterrupted views of the most magical of sunsets.

Mary’s Resor

At our Pet friendly resort you’ll feel as though you’re in a completely secluded oasis when you walk through the door. In reality, we are within one block of the New River and several blocks from Downtown Fort Lauderdale. We’re very close to Wilton Manors, the beaches, nightclubs and restaurants. Our Resort features four unique, Key West-style structures, each separated by tropical gardens with a central heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. This extraordinary property has been completely renovated/restored in 2006/7 to become a first class, luxurious resort.

We offer nine rooms and suites. In our case, we believe bigger isn't better. Each room or suite is unique, from a single room to a two-bedroom cottage with full kitchen and Jacuzzi tub. In all cases, your room or suite offers private outdoor space.

Policy
Couples, single ladies, and nudist members are always welcome. Single men must call ahead. Room rates do not include tax or daily membership. Non-members welcome any time! Daily membership must be paid for each night of stay. Membership rates depend upon nudist affiliation and number of guests. M13377 requires a credit card number to guarantee your booking. No deposit is taken ahead of time. Guest must provide 24 hours notice prior to cancellation or be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay. On holidays and special events, 3 days notice will be required for cancellation. We feature handicap rooms for the physically challenged. Pet rooms may be available upon request. A $10 per night pet fee applies.
