Welcome to M13710 we are located in the Southern region of Spain, here we would like to offer you a chance to relax & unwind in one of our self contained studio apartments set in 2 ½ acres of tranquil Spanish Countryside. Our grounds & mountain offer a unique chance to escape & explore "el Naturel" with many flat terraced areas for you to discover, sunbathe on or even call your own for your stay with us.
Longstanding naturists Simon and Maggy built M13710 (3 self equipped studio apartments) at the base of their Spanish mountain. Previously a 100 year old miner’s cottage with outbuildings they have kept things simple & hustle free. With all you should need & the use of their private pool. The sun’s out most days with only aprox 30 wet days a year. Car hire is essential, but the coast is just 5 mins away with a large naturist beach 10 mins along the coast. Stay for a weekend or 3 months but don’t forget no need to bring your swim suit.
Property amenities
* Simple but sufficient.
* All beding suplied, with only the need for your own beach towels & sun cream.
* Welcome pack on arrival (with 1 week booking or more) Basics available from owners store, but small super market 2km away. Hot spanish Sun available most days.....
Nearby attractions and activities
Attractions include Tha fishing villages of Villaricos & Garrucha ,The historic town of Mojacar a short drive away. Beaches, Beaches & more Beaches, Not forgetting The water park & Go-carts for those of you who can’t sit sill. Many typical Spanish markets & the large cosmopollitan city of Almeria just up the Autovilla. Oh & of corse the Sun & the large Naturist beach of Vera Playa.
Policy
£50 per week secures booking. With balance to be agreed on booking form & payed in cash on arrival (either £ sterling or Euros @ exchange rate of 1.4 /pound Fixed.
No Pets due to Owners cats & dogs.
Flexable check in’s & out’s unless high season, but pool area always available wih shower.
May not be suitable for young children, but please ask. Discount for long lets & group bookings.
No Cheques acceptesd less than 4 weeks before stay for deposit due to bank clearing, Late booking can be paid in cash in uk bank.
Deposits returned at owners descretion.
