LEGAL ASSISTANT

Requirement:

1. Diploma III or Bachelor Graduate in Law from Top University in Indonesia;

2. Have 2 years experience preferably from Law Firm;

3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Spreadsheets, Power Point, etc.);

4. Proficient in English is a MUST, both spoken and written;

5. Possess strong communication, negotiation, planning, analyzing and organizing skills;

6. Willingness to work in a flexible schedule.


Job Description:

- Assisting in preparing legal exceptions;

- Doing legal research;

- Writing legal memorandum;

- Conducting contract review and negotiation;

- Handling legal aspects of tender process;

- Assisting in preparation of quotations to customers;

- Managing legal files and documentation.
