Requirements:

Male/Female with minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineer

Having at least 5 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry

Having a good knowledge in SACS V 5.2 (Engineer) and TEKLA Structure V.12 (Designer)


Piping Engineer (PE)

Piping Designer (PD)

Requirements:

Male/Female with minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineer

Having at least 5 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry

Having a good knowledge in CAESAR II, PDMS, AutoPIPE and AutoCAD

Familiar with International Piping Standard Material Code

Able to prepare Piping Lay Out, Isometric, Bill of Material, Piping Welding Procedure include Piping for H2

Ability in conducting Piping Stress Analysis will be advantage


Qualification:

Have a good attitude and personality

Good computer literacy and other proficient related software

Have experience in oil & gas (preferably offshore)

Willing to relocate at remote area

Good command in English

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (REPORTING)

Job Description:

• Monthly management reporting, quarterly and half year reporting (including statutory accounts) and other reports related to government's requirement
• Cooperate with related parties (Project Managers, Business Line Managers, Shared Services and Corporate Group) ensuring that all deliverables are met in accordance with agreed timetables, including intercompany reconciliation and budget preparation
• Maintain trial balance and all sub-ledger accounts in conjunction with shared service manager and ensuring the necessary documentation to support the company’s financial statements
• Monitor actual expenditure against budget for all overheads function
• Responsible to manage requirement from external and internal auditor

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) or S2 overseas is preferable, major in Accounting from a recognised university.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the group consolidation accounting and reporting
• Strong skills and experience with Excel & Word (min. intermediate level) or comparable spreadsheet & accounts packages
• Relevant accounting software experience (eg. Sun System, AXAPTA, etc)
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in organisation
• Excellent English - both written and verbal
• Detail oriented and good analytical skills
• Brevet Tax A/B is an advantage

PEC-Tech Energy Division in Jakarta has an immediate opening for
energetic professionals as: Project Coordinator

Areas of Responsibility:
1. Coordinate activities with Project Manager on technical,
developments, issues and scheduling.
2. Assist Project Manager to review project estimation or plan
to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for
accomplishing project and allocating available resources to various
phases of projects.
3. Review and monitor status report prepared by project
personnel and modifies schedules/plans as required for smooth project
execution.
4. Assist Project Manager in controlling expenditures within
project budget.
5. Assist Engineering Manager on product design for compliance
with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract
requirement and related specification.
6. Prepare project reports to Management, client and other
parties as required, including interim and project completion report.

Key Challenges:
1. Support projects and Project Manager in the area of of
engineering, procurement and construction
2. Ensure projects progress are on schedule and within approved
budget

Key Performance Indicators:
1. ISO Implementation and Project Execution Procedures
2. Execution strategy implementation

General Requirement:
• Have exposure to Oil & Gas Project Management for minimum 10
years
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Proficient in English both written and verbal.
• Willing to be relocated to site during construction phase
